About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT support services. The Operations Manager will ensure efficient service delivery, manage support teams, streamline internal processes, and drive continuous improvement across the business. This role requires a blend of leadership, technical understanding, and operational expertise to keep the business running smoothly and clients satisfied.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Leadership
Supervise IT support staff, including helpdesk, field technicians, and project teams.
Provide coaching, training, and performance management to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
Proven experience in operations management, preferably within an IT support, MSP, or technology services environment.
Strong understanding of IT support workflows, ticketing systems, and service delivery models.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
