About the Role

Connect Media Solutions is seeking a skilled and reliable IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team as a 1099 contractor. This role requires someone who can work independently, problem-solve effectively, and communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams. As the central point of contact for client IT issues, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and ensuring smooth communication between the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for client IT support requests, managing tickets via phone, email, and remote tools.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, escalating when necessary.

  • Provide both remote and occasional on-site support to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk Technician or in a similar role.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
