About the Role
Connect Media Solutions is seeking a skilled and reliable IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team as a 1099 contractor. This role requires someone who can work independently, problem-solve effectively, and communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams. As the central point of contact for client IT issues, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and ensuring smooth communication between the company and its clients.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for client IT support requests, managing tickets via phone, email, and remote tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, escalating when necessary.
Provide both remote and occasional on-site support to clients.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk Technician or in a similar role.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
